The service and efficiency of Our Technician was second to none. I had a list of complex requirements for our new computer, from the size of the case to the number of different USB ports. James ensured it was tailored exactly to what we wanted, the cost was extremely reasonable and he explained every decision along the way.
It was fantastic that he came to our home, so there was no effort at all on our part.
The best thing was that he mirrored the hard drive of our old computer before upgrading, so our new computer automatically has all the same settings.

I would like to say a huge thank you to James Broomfield of Ourtech for his wonderful initiative and generosity.

James encourages people to donate their unwanted laptops, which he then refurbishes and gives to schools, youth groups and charities. He recently donated refurbished laptops to the children at Biggin Hill Primary School, and we are incredibly grateful.

Like all schools, we invest in technology to support learning, but having additional resources available to our pupils is a wonderful benefit. What makes James’s work particularly special is that he is taking technology that might otherwise go to waste and giving it a new life where it can make a real difference to children and young people.

As Chair of Governors, I would like to thank James personally, on behalf of our pupils, staff, governors and the wider Biggin Hill Primary School community. His kindness, generosity and commitment to helping local children is hugely appreciated.

James had made a huge difference at CASPA, a fabulous charity that supports autistic people and their families, by donating refurbished laptops so that our program managers can manage deliver CASPA  clubs and activities.  A true community hero! Thanks James 🤩
